Q: What will the cards look like?
A: All cards will be standard sizes that - on their own - can be mailed with regular postage. Each month, a new design will be created. These cards can be used for any occasion - whether you want to say thank you, congratulations, happy birthday, I miss you, happy anniversary...or even just hello. Since every card will be hand printed, the way the ink touches the paper will be unique from one card to another. These cards are individually and exclusively made by and for TOTA Press. They are only available through our website.

Q: How much is shipping?

Q: How and when are the cards sent?
A: Cards will be packaged in recycled cardboard mailers via the US Postal Service. All orders will be shipped out on the 1st of each month. For more shipping details or estimated arrival time, please read our shipping information.

Q: When will I receive my first card?
A: New subscription orders placed on or before the 15th of a month will receive the next month's design. For example, if you subscribe on or before September 15th, your first cards will be sent on October 1st. If you subscribe after September 15th, you first cards will be sent on November 1st.

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! We will send a gift subscription notice in the mail to let the recipient know when s/he will receive the first mailing and for how long. Please notify us in the "Add special instructions to merchant" comments box in PayPal - in the payment process - that this is a gift. You can also write a message for the recipient there and we will be sure to include that too. And enter the gift recipient's mailing address for "Ship to" in PayPal.

Q: How do I purchase more than 1 subscription?
A: There can only be one mailing address per order. For multiple shipping addresses - such as gift subscriptions - please place a new order for each address.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. All payments are processed via PayPal and ensure security. You can purchase a subscription without a PayPal account.

Q: What if I didn't receive my cards?
A: Cards are shipped on the 1st of every month. They should arrive to your mailing address within 2-5 business days for the US and 4-10 business days for countries other than the US. If you think your cards have gotten lost in the mail, please contact us at orders@totapress.com. Please be sure to give us your name and PayPal account email address - and we will work things out!
